Because the products available through our Website are primarily digital educational resources that are delivered electronically, our return and refund policy is different from a traditional physical-product store.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, purchases are generally non-refundable once the digital product has been delivered or access has been provided.

When you purchase a digital product, please carefully review the product description, images, included materials, grade/age recommendations, and other available information before completing your purchase.

Accidental or Duplicate Purchases

Technical Problems

If you paid for a digital product but:

• Cannot access your purchase

• Cannot download the file

• Received an incomplete or corrupted file

• Received the wrong file

Product Questions

If you are unsure whether a product is appropriate for your grade level, classroom, students, or intended use, please contact us before purchasing whenever possible.

We are happy to answer questions about our products and what is included.

Incorrect Product Selection

Because digital products cannot be physically returned after delivery, we generally cannot provide refunds simply because a customer selected the wrong product, grade level, format, or resource.

However, if you believe you made an accidental purchase or there is another unusual circumstance, please contact us. We will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.

Physical Products

DIY Learning Store may also offer physical, ready-to-use educational products through third-party marketplaces such as Etsy.

Purchases made through a third-party marketplace are subject to that marketplace's applicable policies as well as any return or refund terms stated in the individual product listing.
